The location of the hotel is great, as it provides a peaceful environment while still being conveniently connected to the city center. the bus stop nearby allows easy access to the bustling city of Bologne. the staff at the hotel, despite the language barrier, are very helpful and friendly. the breakfast spread offered at the hotel is enjoyable and the woman behind the bar is lovely.
The air conditioning was temporarily malfunctioning, but it was just a momentary issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, although not fluent in English, were incredibly nice and tried their best to assist us with everything we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to the city via the nearby bus stop. We couldn't have asked for better hotel facilities or cleanliness during our stay.
Everything is what we need and want.

The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, even though they didn't speak much English. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was perfect for us - peaceful and quiet, yet easily accessible to the city center by bus. We also loved being next to a festival and had a great time trying out all the local foods.
The air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, but the staff assured us it was just a temporary issue. Despite that, we still had a pleasant stay and it didn't affect our overall experience too much.

We loved the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options and the convenient location, just a short bus ride away from the city center. the peaceful surroundings added to the charm of the hotel and made for a relaxing stay.
The air conditioning wasn't working during our visit which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. we understand that these things can happen and the staff did their best to provide fans and keep us cool.
